our second stay at this cozy b&b in prescott was even better than the first! the huge, comfortable room with a fireplace was a delightful surprise. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the breakfast exceeded all expectations. the location was perfect, close to downtown yet secluded. we'll definitely return!

This place is conveniently located within easy walking distance of the center, making it perfect for exploring the area. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, with attentive and friendly assistance throughout my stay. The room amenities were top-notch, including heating and air conditioning for optimal comfort, as well as tea and coffee facilities for that extra touch of convenience. I also appreciated the spacious and well-appointed sitting area, dressing area, and dining table. The patio with its garden furniture was a lovely spot to relax and enjoy the tranquil surroundings. Additionally, the hotel provided free toiletries, a washing machine, a dryer, and cookware/kitchen utensils. The flat-screen TV and the carpeted floor added to the overall comfort and coziness of the room.

Families are sure to have a wonderful time at this hotel.
